Open Fitting – A new type of Kansas City hearing aid that uses a thin tube or a speaker inside the ear canal. They do not have to be molded and can be fit instantly in the office. These hearing aids do not plug the ear, offer ease of use, cosmetic preferences, and sound benefits never before offered to those with high frequency hearing loss.
Behind-the-Ear (BTE) - This Kansas City hearing aid is used to fit a wide range of hearing loss, including more severe hearing loss and draining ears. They are dependable, and offer multiple feature options for flexibility.
In-the-Ear (ITE) - This style is custom fit to fill the opening of the ear canal. ITE's allow for comfortable fit, ease of insertion/removal, and easy to clean and maintain. These Kansas City hearing aids are appropriate for a wide variety of hearing loss. Full shell, half shell, and canal style ITE’s are available.
